November 03, 2018 – After The Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade

 

“Thank you so much for everything!!!! As the trip coordinator for the Cicero North Syracuse Marching Band, I was very pleased with my experience working with your team. I worked with them to plan our student experience and our Friends and Family package. During the 18 month planning period, Jerry and his team answered every question quickly and professionally. No question was silly and all were answered very timely- even in the evening and on weekends. Jerry was very helpful and knowledgeable when planning the itinerary for both groups and even met with a few board members while we in in NYC to talk in person and show us the dinner cruise boat. I LOVED the shared Google folder so we could keep all of our information in 1 place and make it easier to communicate.

While we were in NYC, everything went so well. The tour guides were FABULOUS! (We LOVE Amada) They had such great information about the city but they also showed great interest in the kids. They spent time talking to them, giving words of encouragement, and just having fun with them. The guides kept us on schedule and were so familiar with the city that they could help navigate through the extra heavy traffic. Having everyone in red was a GREAT idea!! It was so easy to see in crowds and helpful for the kids.

The friends and family enjoyed the hotel they stayed in and enjoyed the buffet each day.The trip to the pier for the dinner cruise was easy and well organized. The dinner cruise was a HUGE hit. I heard more times than I could count how much fun everyone was having and it was the best night. The ship looked beautiful and even had our school colors. In summary, working with Students on Broadway was an EXCELLENT experience. We have worked with other tour companies and there was no comparison. I appreciated all of the communication (timely and friendly) and attention to detail.

Staff members always called me by name and I was getting lots of hugs from them!! We had worked so much together over Google it was like we knew each other before we met! Thank you to the whole staff for making our once in a lifetime experience of being in the Macy’s Parade the best experience ever!!!! I would recommend them to any group!”
