Our Nation’s Capital, Washington, D.C.,  a.k.a. “The District” is a complex multi-faceted environment steeped in Arts, Culture, Academic Achievement, Celebrated Accomplishments, Honoring American Heroes and filled with Pomp and Circumstance.     

This moment in history might just be one of the most impactful times for an Arts-Inspired student ensemble to consider a visit to DC as an extension of their classroom. Their individual and collective experiences can lead to meaningful thought provoking discussions in a setting where varying opinions and ideas can be shared and respected.      

As the seat of American Democracy, the voices of “We The People” resonates more so today than probably anywhere else on earth.

Guided by the Students on Broadway Red-Jacket Team™ , students will come to realize, that much like the melodic voices of craft professionals performing for an audience, finding their voice is their power. It’s the power to “bring the house down” by standing-up on stage and giving it your all. It’s the power to pay it forward by standing up in a classroom and teaching. It’s also the power to stand up as tomorrow’s leaders and take part in our democracy to help chart the course for America’s next 250 years.

Students On Broadway venture well beyond making reservations for a group trip to our Nation’s Capital. Throughout your DC Experience, the Red-Jacket Team™ will be on-hand almost everywhere, providing organization, structure, and logistical support so that ensemble leadership can do what they do best by focusing on the wellbeing and creative excellence of their students.
